TOTAL PEEP S.L. (hereinafter, MOMO ARCHERY), with CIF B71394316 and registered office at Paseo Santa Lucia 26 2º A de Pamplona (Navarra), and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Navarra, Volume 1975, Book 0, Folio 54, Section 8, Sheet NA39357 , informs of its conditions of sale:
PRICES
All prices are in euros and include the% of VAT in force at the time of purchase, according to current legislation in Spain
The sale prices of the products and services will be those that appear in our current rate at the time of acceptance of the order by the company. The sale prices may be modified without prior notice, but always advising the customer in the event that they affect an order in progress.
ORDERS
Orders for an amount less than 50 euros will not be supplied.
Unilateral cancellations of orders for products that are purchased or requested upon request and that have already been ordered from the distributor or sent to the customer will not be accepted.
TAXES
The prices carry the% of VAT applicable at the time of purchase according to the legislation in force in Spain. If the sale is made to a country outside the European Union, the products will be invoiced without VAT, but import taxes in the destination country will always be borne by the buyer.
PORTES
Shipping costs will always be borne by the customer and will normally be detailed in the order.
The system will automatically calculate the theoretical weight of the order and offer the customer the different shipping options and show their cost. Given the complexity of the costs in the orders with bulky products, MOMO ARCHERY will be able to modify the cost of the transport always informing the client before processing the order.
For international markets, freight to be agreed.
Free shipping promotions will not be valid for heavy or bulky products or for shipments to the Balearic Islands or outside the peninsula.
PACKAGING
The orders will be served free of packaging, provided that the order conforms to the packaging indicated in the rate. Otherwise, the cost of packaging and handling will be charged.
PAYMENT METHODS
For the marketing of its products, MOMO ARCHERY gives its clients the following means of payment:
· Transfer: you must make a deposit or transfer to our account indicating in the concept the key and number of your order. The bank account number will be provided to the customer at the time of receiving the order.
· Payment by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card: the client will pay directly in a secure manner on the bank's payment gateway, without MOMO ARCHERY intervening at any time or having access to the data during this process.
· Refund: with an increase of 4% on the total order and with a minimum of € 2 to be assumed by the customer and added to the total order invoice. Payment of the order amount will be made in cash to the courier upon receipt of the shipment. Refunds will only be sent to the peninsula by courier 24 hours. Refunds will not be accepted for orders that include arrow tubes cut to size or mounted.
· Financing: The user will be able to finance 100% of the amount of his order as long as it exceeds 300 euros. The user agrees that all their personal data is fully transferred to third parties that have to access the files for the good purpose of the contract.
CLAIMS
Material claims will not be accepted after 5 days of receipt of the merchandise by the buyer.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In the case of orders made online, by phone, whatsapp or email, and provided that they are not for products on request or special product orders that are not usually in stock and have been brought specifically for the customer, in accordance as established in article 69 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the client will have the right to withdraw from the contract, for which they must complete a Withdrawal Document and can use the model available here. The user will have a period of fourteen calendar days from the receipt of the purchased product to exercise the right of withdrawal. In the event of withdrawal, the client must notify MOMO ARCHERY S.L. your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement using the withdrawal form sent by post or email).
Returns of mounted arrows, cut arrow tubes will not be accepted.
