TOTAL PEEP SL (hereinafter, MOMO ARCHERY), with CIF B71394316 and registered office at Paseo Santa Lucia 26 2º A in Pamplona (Navarra), and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Navarra, Volume 1975, Book 0, Folio 54, Section 8 , Sheet NA39357, informs about its sales conditions:

PRICES
All prices are in euros and include the % of VAT in force at the time of purchase, according to current legislation in Spain.
The sales prices of the products and services will be those listed in our current price list at the time of acceptance of the order by the company. Sales prices may be modified without prior notice, but the customer will always be notified if they affect an order in progress.

ORDERS
Orders for an amount less than 50 euros will not be supplied.

Unilateral cancellations of orders for products that are purchased or requested on request and that have already been ordered from the distributor or sent to the customer will not be accepted.

TAXES
Prices include the VAT % applicable at the time of purchase according to current legislation in Spain. If the sale is made to a country outside the European Union, the products will be invoiced without VAT, but import taxes in the country of destination will always be the responsibility of the buyer.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs will always be borne by the customer and will normally be detailed in the order.

The system will automatically calculate the theoretical weight of the order and offer the customer the different shipping options and display their cost. Given the complexity of the costs of orders with bulky products, MOMO ARCHERY may modify the cost of transport, always informing the customer before processing the order.

For international markets, shipping costs to be agreed.

Free shipping promotions will not be valid for heavy or bulky products or for shipments to the Balearic Islands or outside the peninsula.

PACKAGING
Orders will be delivered free of packaging, provided that the order complies with the packaging indicated in the price list. Otherwise, the cost corresponding to packaging and handling will be charged.

PAYMENT METHODS
For the marketing of its products, MOMO ARCHERY offers its customers the following payment methods to choose from:

· Transfer : you must make a deposit or transfer to our account, indicating the code and number of your order in the concept. The bank account number will be provided to the customer upon receiving the order.

· Payment by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card : the customer will pay directly and securely through the bank's payment gateway, without MOMO ARCHERY intervening at any time or having access to the data during this process.

· Refund : with a 4% increase on the total order and a minimum of €2 to be paid by the customer and added to the total invoice for the order. Payment for the order amount will be made in cash to the courier upon receipt of the shipment. Refunds will only be sent to the peninsula by 24-hour courier. Refunds will not be accepted for orders that include arrow tubes cut to a specific size or assembled.

· Financing: The user may finance 100% of the amount of his order provided it is over 300 euros. The user accepts that all his personal data will be transferred in full to third parties that may need to access the files for the successful completion of the contract.

COMPLAINTS
No claims for material will be accepted after 5 days from receipt of the merchandise by the buyer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In the case of orders placed online, by telephone, WhatsApp or email, and provided that they are not for products under request or orders for special products that are not usually in stock and have been brought specifically for the customer, in accordance with the provisions of article 69 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the customer will have the right to withdraw from the contract.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Total peep SL, Calle Azucarera 32, 31530 Cortes (Navarra) Spain, telephone number 948 984 544 and email address info@momoarchery.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of this right before the withdrawal deadline expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or deliver the goods directly to us at the address indicated above, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:

- The supply of goods made according to the consumer and user's specifications or clearly personalized.

- The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

- The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.

- The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.

Returns that meet the following requirements will be accepted:

· The products must retain their original seal intact and not have been used or modified.

· The customer must bear the shipping costs in case of return.

· The product to be returned must be properly packaged for its return.

Under no circumstances will we be responsible for returns of material that is not listed in the catalogue, regardless of its condition.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

It is SOLELY the responsibility of the customer to ensure the proper use and operation of the products offered on WWW.MOMOARCHERY.COM. TOTAL PEEP SL is in no way responsible for any misuse of its products and any consequences that may arise.

WARRANTY
In the event that the customer detects an anomaly or malfunction of the product, provided that there has been no manipulation by the customer, he/she must contact MOMO ARCHERY as soon as possible to arrange a solution.

Shipping costs must ALWAYS be borne by the customer.

The warranty period will not apply in the case of faults or defects caused by accident, negligence or misuse of the product by the customer. Likewise, any manipulation or modification of any product (soldering, wiring, adding components, etc.) will automatically void the warranty.

All items are guaranteed in form and time by their manufacturer. The coverage, conditions and warranty management of each product will always be those established by its manufacturer.

EXPEDITIONS
PRODUCT DAMAGED BY TRANSPORT: VERY IMPORTANT WHEN RECEIVING THE MERCHANDISE

When the merchandise is delivered to you, examine the box/s before signing the transport delivery.
If there are any scratches or dents, please indicate this on the transport delivery paper next to the signature. PLEASE ADD THE MERCHANDISE TO BE INSPECTED OR TO BE DAMAGED. This way, you have 24 hours to inspect the product and contact our customer service department as soon as possible.

From this moment on, if no damage has been indicated or the merchandise to be inspected, no damage can be claimed from the transport company and therefore MOMO ARCHERY will not be responsible for any damage to the merchandise.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times indicated in the product sheet will be approximate and exclusively for products in stock, except for computer errors in our warehouse stocks.

Products that are not in stock will be subject to longer delivery times, depending on distributors or manufacturers, transits, customs or internal purchase order scheduling. MOMO ARCHERY will indicate to the customer an approximate delivery time, which will not be binding in any case.

ORDERS WITH PREPAID

Products with a full or partial prepaid reservation correspond to products that are only sold upon firm order. Orders with products with a prepaid reservation cannot be cancelled unless MOMO ARCHERY informs the customer otherwise. If the customer wishes to cancel the order, he or she will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid on account.

OWNERSHIP OF THE MERCHANDISE
MOMO ARCHERY reserves the right of ownership of the goods supplied until the buyer has fully paid the amount thereof, in which case it will be considered as a deposit and custody. The goods may be withdrawn for failure to pay within the previously stipulated period.

JURISDICTION
The acceptance of our general conditions of sale implies, in the event of litigation, submission to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Tudela (Navarra), waiving your own jurisdiction.

PRICE LIST-CATALOGUE
This catalogue-price list cancels the previous ones. MOMO ARCHERY reserves the right to modify the price list as many times as necessary, without obligation to notify its customers in advance. Prices will be valid except for typographical errors.
